• Sites with banners, graphics or cgi's running from their domain used on other domain
• Sites with archives or galleries (.gif, .jpg, exe, zip, tar, etc.)
• Sites offering download files
• Any site where 20% or more of their monthly traffic is from file downloads.
• Bottom Line: Sites using more than 20% of system resources

No "adult" content, "hate" or "warez" sites are allowed. Spam or unsolicited email is prohibited.
