In Windows Vista, you can access the settings for your Local Area Network (LAN) connection through the control panel.
Getting to your LAN Settings
1. Click on Start -> Control panels
2. Click on "Create the the Internet"
3. Select the middle option " Broadband (PPPoE)
4. Enter your username, and password, making sure you use the full email address for your username, including the @lbdsl.net Give the connection a name, such as LB DSL, and press "Connect"
5. You are all set to now use your new Lightning Bolt DSL Connection.
